Antonia von Lamezan has held a variety of roles since 2012. Antonia began their career as an Administration at IVPNetworks in 2012. In 2013, they became a Research Assistant at Leuphana Universität Lüneburg. In 2017, they were a G-20 Hamburg "Youth Ambassador". In 2018, they were an Intern at Comisión Argentina para los Refugiados y Migrantes (CAREF). From 2016 to 2019, they were a Research Assistant and Tutor at Leuphana Universität Lüneburg, and from 2019 to 2020, they were a Partner and Project Manager International Recruiting and then a Senior Partner and Project Manager International Recruiting at MEDWING. During their time at the United Nations in 2019, they acted as an Academic Assistant, preparing a contribution on the subject of Indigenous Peoples in the context of migration and displacement and presenting a statement to all representatives present.

Antonia von Lamezan began their education in 2004 at Gymnasium Buckhorn, where they completed their Abitur in 2012. Antonia then attended Leuphana University of Lüneburg from 2013 to 2017, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Cultural Studies (Major) and Corporate and Business Law (Minor). During this time, they also earned a Gender-Diversity Certificate from Leuphana Universität Lüneburg in July 2017. In 2015 and 2016, Antonia studied abroad at the University of Buenos Aires, Faculty of Architecture, Design and Urbanism. Finally, they completed their education in 2019 with a M.A. in Advanced Migration Studies from Københavns Universitet - University of Copenhagen.
