Brandon Quigley has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles. Brandon started their career as an Instructional Designer at Discount Tire Company, where they collaborated on creating training programs and conducted new hire training. Brandon then transitioned to an Assistant Manager role, where they supervised and coached a team of employees.

In 2012, Brandon joined the Diocese of Nashville Ed Off as an Assistant Director of Youth and Young Adult Ministries. Brandon held this position for four years before moving on to Medxcel Facilities Management.

At Medxcel Facilities Management, Brandon first served as a Facilities Manager before being promoted to Director of Facilities. In these roles, they managed and coordinated operations across multiple departments and implemented programs to drive operational efficiencies and enhance the customer service experience. Brandon also focused on employee development and drove continuous cost-saving initiatives.

Currently, Brandon is the National Director of Operations at Medxcel Facilities Management. Brandon collaborates with key stakeholders to develop, coordinate, and implement programs, aligning them with the company's strategic objectives. Their intentional leadership and effective communication skills have accelerated company programs nationwide.

Brandon Quigley holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication from Arizona State University. Brandon studied Family Studies and Interpersonal Communication from 2004 to 2009. In 2017, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Western Governors University. Brandon successfully completed their MBA in 2019.

In addition to their educational qualifications, Brandon Quigley has also obtained two certifications. In October 2019, they became a Certified Healthcare Safety Professional (CHSP) through the International Board for Certification of Safety Managers (IBFCSM). Brandon also holds the certification of Certified Healthcare Facility Manager (CHFM) from the American Hospital Association, which they acquired in July 2019.
