Cindy Allman

Cindy Allman has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Starting in 2014, they worked as an Office Coordinator at Staffing Resources. From 2015 to 2018, they held the role of IS/Training and Coordination at Logansport Memorial Hospital, where they developed and facilitated training for multiple offices and increased patient portal usage. In 2018, they joined Comfort Keepers/Elite Nursing & Home Care as a Human Resources Manager and remained there until 2021. During this time, they gained experience in HR operations. In 2020, Cindy took on the role of Lead Recruiter/HR Operations at Mechanics & Body Shops Marketplace and worked as a Remote Healthcare Recruiter at Nextaff. In 2019, they served as a Human Resources Specialist at Four County. In 2021, Cindy joined Gale Healthcare as a Corporate Trainer and later moved up to Assistant Director and then Director of Learning and Development before leaving the company in 2023. Lastly, in 2023, they joined Medxcel as a Corporate Learning and Development Specialist.
