Patricia Sirmon

Patricia Sirmon, SPHR has a solid work experience in the field of human resources. Patricia started their career at Genesys Health System in 1998 as a Director of Employee/Labor Relations and held that role until 2011. In 2013, they joined Nightingale Home Health Care as a Director of Human Resources for a brief period of three months. Later in 2013, they joined Medxcel as a Human Resources Manager and was promoted to Senior Human Resource Manager in 2015.
