Colleen O’connor

Colleen O'Connor is an experienced professional in contract management, operations, and educational consulting. Currently serving as a Navigator at Medzown since August 2023, Colleen focuses on precision medicine management. Previously, Colleen was the President and Owner of Crossroads Education Consulting, where efforts were dedicated to improving processes in independent schools. Colleen also contributed to the Covid-19 vaccination mission as an Operations Section Chief with Team Rubicon Global and supported humanitarian efforts with Lighthouse Relief. Other notable roles include Director of Extended Year Programs at Buckingham Browne & Nichols School, entrepreneur and founder of ASAP4Kids, Senior Contract Administrator at MIT Lincoln Laboratory, and Contract Specialist at Naval Air Systems Command. Colleen holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Kean University, along with a Contract Management Certification from the Navy Contract Management Program.
