Clémentine Sanglier has a diverse work experience. Clémentine started their career as an Assistant RH at SDEL ITT from September 2018 to October 2021, where they were responsible for managing temporary workforce and addressing labor issues on various construction sites. Clémentine also organized and managed administrative meetings of the CSE. After that, Clémentine worked as an Assistante RH at Barbanel from September 2021 to January 2022, where they handled various administrative tasks such as employee management, communication, training, and invoicing. Currently, they are employed at Meero as a Payroll & Administration Specialist, where they are responsible for the administrative management of employees, payroll processing, and HR management.

Clémentine Sanglier attended ISCG Paris from 2020 to 2021, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and Personnel Administration. Prior to that, from 2018 to 2020, they studied at Paris Descartes and obtained a DUT (Diplôme Universitaire de Technologie) in Business and Administration Management, specializing in Human Resources Management and Personnel Administration.
