Jean-françois Goudou has a diverse work experience in the field of computer vision and artificial intelligence. Jean-françois started their career in 2004 at Sagem DS, where they pursued a PhD in computer vision until 2007. In 2008, they joined Thales as an R&D Project Manager and later became the Deputy Head of the Computer Vision lab from 2012 to 2018. During this time, they also held the position of VP, AI Research at Meero from 2018 onwards. In 2023, they joined Thales again, this time as an Innovation Manager.
Jean-françois Goudou completed their Master's degree in Computational and Applied Mathematics at École Polytechnique from 1999 to 2002. Jean-françois then pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Applied Mathematics with a specialization in computer vision at Télécom Paris from 2004 to 2007. Prior to that, in 2003 to 2004, they obtained a Master's of Science (MSc) in Computational and Applied Mathematics with a focus on computer vision, also from Télécom Paris.
