Juan Carlos Cortés

Juan Carlos Cortés has extensive work experience in the field of data analysis and project management. Juan Carlos currently works as a Data Analyst Product at Meero since 2022. Previously, they worked at Monoprix from 2018 to 2021, initially as a Methods Analyst where they developed reporting tools and provided support for the implementation of transport tracking system software. Later, they took on the role of Methods Project Manager, leading and implementing an IT business transformation project across the organization.

Before Monoprix, Juan Carlos worked at Colsanitas as an Operations Research Consultant from 2016 to 2018. Juan Carlos'sresponsibilities included process analysis, demand projection, global resource planning, and optimizations of operations. Juan Carlos also worked as a Data Analyst at Friogan from 2015 to 2016, where they developed a national logistics consolidation model and optimization tools.

Juan Carlos began their career as a Data Analyst at Telefónica Movistar Colombia in 2014, where they managed contracts, developed dashboards, and implemented an alarm system. Juan Carlos also worked as an Academic Advisor at the Universidad Nacional de Colombia from 2012 to 2013.

Juan Carlos Cortés completed a Master of Science in Management of Information and Knowledge Systems from Ecole de Management de la Sorbonne from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, from 2009 to 2014, they obtained an Engineering degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Nacional de Colombia. Before attending university, they attended Abraham Lincoln School in Colombia from 2003 to 2009. Additionally, Juan Carlos obtained a certification in Google Analytics avancé from Google Analytics in March 2022.
