Pierre Herbelin

Pierre Herbelin has a diverse work experience in the field of Android development. Pierre started their career in 2013 as an Embedded Software Developer at RATP. Pierre then worked as a Network Engineer at NextiraOne Europe, where they gained expertise in Cisco and Alcatel technologies.

In 2014, Pierre joined AV Concept Products as an Embedded Software Engineer. Pierre was responsible for developing the operating system of a connected projector based on Android and creating its ecosystem of applications. Pierre utilized technologies like Universal Plug and Play, Miracast, and 5G for wireless interactions and implemented a client-server application using websockets.

From 2016 to 2017, Pierre worked at Degetel as a D\u00e9veloppeur Android. Pierre then joined Carrefour, where they had two roles. First, as a D\u00e9veloppeur Android (One App), they contributed to the creation of a consumer-focused Android application that merged multiple Carrefour apps into one. Later, as a D\u00e9veloppeur Android (Carrefour&Moi), they participated in maintaining the loyalty space of the Carrefour & Moi application.

In 2018, Pierre became a Lead D\u00e9veloppeur Android at MoneyVoice, where they developed an Android application using the MVVM architecture and implemented new features in collaboration with the team. Pierre then joined FeetMe as a Lead D\u00e9veloppeur Android and worked on developing and revamping their Rehabilitation and Evaluation applications.

In 2019, Pierre joined Kartable as a D\u00e9veloppeur Android. Pierre took the lead on refactoring and adding new functionalities to the Kartable Android app by modularizing features into Gradle modules.

In 2021, Pierre joined Accor as a D\u00e9veloppeur Android. Pierre was part of a multidisciplinary team and contributed to the development of the Accor All app, which allows users to book hotel stays.

Currently, Pierre is employed as a Lead D\u00e9veloppeur Android at Meero, where they are utilizing their expertise in Android development to lead the team's efforts.

Pierre Herbelin pursued their education in the field of computer science. Pierre first obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Université Paris-Est Créteil (UPEC), where they studied from 2011 to 2013. Pierre then furthered their studies at Polytech Paris-UPMC, from 2013 to 2016, earning an Engineer's degree in electrical and computer sciences, with a specialization in Computer Science.
