Iwan Budiyono

Iwan Budiyono is an experienced culinary professional currently serving in the F&B Culinary department at Meeru Island Resort & Spa since December 2021. Previous experience includes roles as Demi Chef de Partie and Commis 1 at Sofitel Dubai The Palm from September 2013 to April 2019, as well as Commis 2 at Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts from February 2011 to December 2012. Iwan began a culinary career at Westin Hotels & Resorts, where roles included Commis 3 and Steward from January 2008 to February 2011, after starting as a Banquet Server at Novotel Hotels from 2005 to 2007. Educational background includes studies at Darma Cendika University from 2004 to 2006.
