Tanuj Galani

Tanuj Galani currently serves as the Manager of Fulfilment Experience at Meesho, where responsibilities include managing the Return-to-Origin program for drop-ship logistics, significantly improving the RTO percentage from 18%. Prior to this role, Tanuj worked at Hero MotoCorp as Assistant Manager in Vehicle Integration, focusing on vehicle layout creation for multiple motorcycle brands and overseeing production planning and inventory management. Tanuj gained earlier experience at Bajaj Auto Ltd, responsible for vehicle integration of new motorcycle brands and implementing efficiency projects. Tanuj initiated a weight-saving project that enhanced performance by 3%, and completed internships at various companies, including Western Railway Workshop and Oil & Natural Gas Corporation Limited. Tanuj holds an MBA in Operations Management from NMIMS CDOE and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Sardar Vallabhbhai National Institute of Technology, Surat.
