Erik Loos

Erik Loos has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Erik started their career at ZS Associates as a Business Analytics Associate and later became an Associate Consultant. Erik then joined Medtronic as a Manager in Sales Strategy and Operations, where they executed projects in multiple countries and managed a customer care and support team. Following this, Erik worked at Aktana as a Manager in Advanced Services, focusing on consulting and engineering projects for life sciences companies. Erik also worked in Customer Success in Europe and Product Management. Erik then joined GRAIL, Inc. as an Associate Director in Sales Operations, where they played a key role in the launch and scaling of a multi-cancer early detection blood test. Erik built tools for commercialization, led analytics and strategy projects, and expanded the sales team. Currently, Erik is working at Fellow as an Associate Director in Commercial Analytics and Sales Operations.

Erik Loos holds a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the University of Southern California. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Aerospace Engineering and Entrepreneurship, also from the University of Southern California. Erik completed their high school education at St. Ignatius College Preparatory, where they earned their High School Degree.
