Michelle Lee

An infectious personality heads up the infection prevention mission of the Meeting Expectations-managed Organization for Safety, Asepsis and Prevention (OSAP). Michelle Lee joined Meeting Expectations in 2018 with more than 30 years in the dental industry.

Michelle’s insights and knowledge give her a unique perspective in leading this international dental association. As Executive Director, Michelle oversees the daily operations management of the association, guides the board in fulfilling its strategic plan, and ensures effective financial management.

For OSAP to reach its vision of making every dental visit a safe dental visit, collaboration with other dental associations and organizations is vital. Michelle cultivates relationships with these other Dental Organizations nationally and internationally, through both committee involvement and serving as the OSAP representative at various events.

Outside of work, Michelle has married a soccer player, birthed a soccer player and loves all levels of soccer (but don’t ask her to play).
