Tolga Caglayan

Tolga Caglayan has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple companies and roles. Tolga is currently the Head of Engineering at Meeting Point Hotels, a role they assumed in May 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Engineer in the Global Engineering Team at Meeting Point Hotels from April 2021 to May 2023. Before that, they worked as a Mechanical Engineer in the same team from October 2018 to April 2021. Tolga also worked at Interpartner as a Partner and Project Manager from December 2011 to October 2018. Tolga was a Partner at IMTEKS Electromechanical Installation Co from January 2010 to December 2011 and a Board Member and Partner at ÖZFİDAN Construction Corporation from August 2008 to January 2010. Additionally, Tolga has experience as a Mechanical Engineer at SETES Engineering from October 2007 to August 2008 and ETA Engineering from July 2006 to 2007. Tolga co-founded and worked as a Partner and Mechanical Engineer at TOTEK Ltd. Sti. from July 2003 to July 2006 and as a Partner at T.E. LTD. ŞTİ. from 2004 to 2006. Overall, they have demonstrated a strong background in engineering and management roles in various industries.

Tolga Caglayan completed their primary education at TED Ankara Collage * Primary School from 1986 to 1994. Tolga then attended TED Ankara College High School from 1994 to 1997, where they did not pursue a specific degree or field of study.

Afterwards, Tolga enrolled in Eastern Mediterranean University from 1997 to 2003, majoring in Mechanical Engineering.

In 2016, Tolga attended Yıldız Teknik Üniversitesi, Istanbul Institute, where they obtained a Certificate in Project Management.

Additionally, in March 2016, Tolga received a PMI Project Management Certificate from PMI-OC Project Management Institute Orange County Chapter.
