Matthew Borlongan

Matthew Borlongan is a skilled software developer currently working at Scout since June 2022. In this role, Matthew has integrated a company application with SAP, developed processes for asynchronous email and text message transmission, facilitated third-party service integration for user identity validation, and designed an intuitive user interface for managing patient data. Prior to this, Matthew served as an Application Engineer and Application Systems Analyst at Innovation Care Partners from June 2019 to June 2022, focusing on ETL processes, web development, and database development. Matthew began their career as an intern at Innovation Care Partners, assisting with data extraction, transformation and loading, web page creation, and database design. Matthew holds a Master's degree in Biomedical Informatics from ASU College of Health Solutions (2018-2020) and a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Informatics from the same institution (2015-2019).
