Nisha Vasavada

Nisha Vasavada currently serves as the Chief Academic Officer at Meeting Street Schools, a position held since May 2024. Prior to this role, Nisha was the Director of Instruction at Attuned Education Partners from July 2022 to May 2024 and the Founding School Leader at KIPP SoCal Public Schools from July 2018 to July 2022. Nisha's earlier experience includes serving as Academic Dean and Mathematics Teacher at Achievement First from July 2013 to July 2018 and as a Mathematics Teacher for grades 7-9 with the NYC Department of Education from June 2011 to June 2013. Nisha began a career at Deloitte as a Business Analyst Consultant from June 2009 to March 2011. Nisha holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Political Science (double major) from Stanford University and a Master's Degree in Mathematics and Special Education from St. John's University, obtained through the New York City Teaching Fellow program.
