Leopold Van den heede has over 30 years of work experience in technical support, customer service, and visioconference specialist roles. Leopold started their career in 1990 as a Service apres vente with Sagem-B before moving on to work as a Service A.V at Gillam in 1991. In 1992, they joined Ascom Hasler as a Technical Support professional. Leopold then joined Groupe France Telecom in 1994 as a Visioconference specialist, where they worked until 2003. Finally, they joined MeetingOne as a Technical support lead and Customer service representative in 2003.
