Rita Marinosyan

Rita Marinosyan began their work experience in 2013 as a Financial-Legal Assistant and later an Administrative Assistant at The Civilitas Foundation. In 2019, they worked as a Technical Recruiter for FreeDOM Development CJSC and also took on the role of a self-employed Technical Recruiter. In 2020, they joined meettal | tech talent ambassadors as a Technical Recruiter, focusing on connecting people in the tech industry. Rita then worked as a Technical Recruiter (RPO) at Technamin from January to March 2021, and at Sololearn from July to October 2021.

Rita Marinosyan's education history includes completing individual courses in Tech Recruitment in 2019. In 2015, they obtained a Master's degree in International Tourism from Yerevan State Linguistic University after V. Brusov. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Linguistics and International Tourism from the same university in 2013.

Additionally, Rita has obtained several certifications related to their field. In 2019, they completed the "Becoming A Recruitment And Selection Specialist" course from Udemy, the "IBMI certified Human Resource Management" course from the International Business Management Institute (IBMI), and various courses on LinkedIn such as "Interview Master Class," "Interviewing a Job Candidate for Recruiters," "Creating a Compelling Job Description," "Learning LinkedIn Recruiter," "Social Recruiting for Recruiters," "Talent Sourcing," and "Technical Recruiting." In 2020, they completed the "Tech Sourcing Certification Course" from AmazingHiring Global. Most recently, in 2022, they obtained the "Certified People Sourcing Professional (CDSP)" certification from Sourcing Training & Certifications by Brain Gain Recruiting. Rita also obtained the "Tech Recruitment Certified Professional" certification from DevSkiller in 2019.
