Joshua Harmon has had diverse work experience in various roles. Joshua started their career as a Law Clerk at Braun and Rich, PC, where they conducted legal research and performed administrative tasks. Joshua then worked as a Student Researcher at the University of Tennessee.
In 2019, they joined First Tennessee Bank as a Customer Service Specialist before transitioning to Reviewbox, where they worked as both a Business Development Specialist and a Customer Success Manager.
Joshua then moved on to Talkwalker, where they held the positions of Senior Customer Success Manager and Customer Success Manager. Talkwalker is a prominent listening and analytics company that helps brands optimize their communication efforts.
Most recently, Joshua joined Yogi as a Customer Success Manager in 2022.
Joshua Harmon holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Currently, they are pursuing a Master of Public Administration degree with a focus on Public Policy Analysis at Grand Canyon University, expected to be completed in 2022.
