Helena Wippick

Helena Wippick is a research associate specializing in child and family policy at MEF Associates since June 2023. Previously, Helena served as a research project manager at the NYU Institute of Human Development and Social Change, where work focused on the Smart Beginnings program for early parenting intervention. Additional experience includes roles as a policy equity intern at the New York State Youth Justice Institute, evaluation intern at FPWA, and research associate at the Correctional Association of New York. Helena has also held various research positions at Yale University, Bard College, and Harvard University. Helena earned a Master of Public Administration in Public Policy Analysis from NYU Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Bard College.
