Steven Purdon

Steven Purdon's work experience includes working at multiple companies in various roles and positions.

From 2002 to 2003, they worked as an Internship Mechanical Engineer at VECO Canada Ltd.

From 2004 to 2010, they worked as a Project/Mechanical Engineer at Colt Engineering/WorleyParsons.

At MEG Energy Corp., they held several roles, starting as an Area Project Manager from 2010 to 2015. From 2015 to 2016, they served as the Strategic Turnaround Operations Planning Lead. From 2016 to 2022, they worked as the Operations Asset Manager. Steven then briefly served as the Director of Maintenance from February to October 2022 before assuming their current position as the Director of Health, Safety, and Environment, starting in October 2022.

Steven Purdon attended the University of Calgary from 1999 to 2004, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering.
