Currently serving as Managing Director at MEGA - Manufacturing & Engineering Growth & Advancement since June 2025, Barry has previously held significant roles including Senior Operations Director at Terex Corporation and Factory Manager at McMullen Facades Ltd. A Production Manager at Greiner Packaging and Improvement and Development Manager at Silotank Ltd, Barry also spent over a decade as Production Director at Unicorn Hygienics Ltd. Barry holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Executive Leadership from Ulster University and an HNC in Mechanical Engineering from Lisburn College of Further Education, complemented by foundational O Levels from Wallace High School.
