Alessandro Caliandro

Alessandro Caliandro is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in UX design and education. Currently serving as Head of UX and Product & Design Lead at UNGUESS since January 2022, Alessandro also co-founded Labora - Coworking sociale in October 2013 and is the Founder & Admin of UX/UI Designer Italia. As a Lecturer at Talent Garden, Alessandro leads a UX Research Masterclass and has held various mentorship roles at platforms such as Springboard and adplist.org since 2020. With a strong academic background, Alessandro holds a Master's degree in Graphic Design from Istituto Europeo di Design and multiple degrees from Università di Pavia in modern European history and political science, complemented by early education at Liceo Scientifico Copernico - Pavia.
