Konstantin Tolchenkin

Konstantin Tolchenkin has extensive experience in debt collection and legal analysis within major telecommunications companies. Since June 2016, Konstantin has served as a Collection Manager at YOTA, concurrently with a position at МегаФон as the Head of Debt Collection for telecommunications operators since November 2006. Responsibilities include strategic debt management, process optimization, and legal collection efforts. Prior roles also encompass leadership in accounts receivable for contractors and dealers, as well as experience as a senior legal advisor at Гарант Сервис-Университет. Konstantin holds a law degree from Kutafin Moscow State Law University and has obtained certifications in negotiation dynamics and public speaking.
