Nicole Sass, SHRM-CP, has a diverse work experience in human resources and communications. Nicole is currently working as the Corporate Human Resources Manager at MegaMex Foods since September 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Pacific Hospitality Group for five years, starting as a Corporate Human Resources Coordinator in January 2017 and later advancing to Corporate Human Resources Generalist and then Corporate Human Resources Manager roles. Before their time at Pacific Hospitality Group, Nicole worked at Rowland Fire as a Multimedia Director, managing the company's website and social media platforms. Nicole also worked at Cheek Machine as a Human Resources Project Coordinator, where they developed strategies for quality certification and managed various HR projects. Additionally, Nicole has experience as a Hiring Manager and Team Leader at Emblazon Events, Inc., and as a Social Media Specialist and Intern at The Ad Firm. Throughout their career, Nicole has demonstrated skills in communication, HR project management, social media, and team leadership.

Nicole Sass, SHRM-CP, has a Bachelor of Arts in Strategic and Corporate Communication with a minor in Psychology from Chapman University, which they obtained between 2014 and 2016. Prior to that, they completed a Certificate in Marketing at Orange Coast College from 2012 to 2014. Nicole completed their high school education at Liberty Christian from 2009 to 2012. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained the SHRM-CP certification from SHRM in July 2018.
