Steve Maglisceau

Steve Maglisceau has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Steve has held the position of VP of Land Acquisitions and Development at Megatel Homes since June 2021. Previously, they served as the Operations Director at Schaffer's Mill Builders starting from March 2013. Steve also served as a Board Member at Sunny Days Christian Preschool from January 2006. Before that, they worked as a Senior Project Manager at Newland Communities from August 2016 to June 2021. Steve has also held the role of Director of Development at Marlin Atlantis from 2005 to July 2016. Steve gained experience as a Senior Project Manager at Skorburg from 2003 to 2005, and as a Land Development Manager at KB Homes from 2002 to 2003. Prior to that, they worked as a Builder at Ryland Homes from 1998 to 2002. Starting their career, Steve served in the US Army as an AH-64 Pilot from 1988 to 1998. Steve specialized in observation, stealth piloting techniques, and providing close air support for ground forces.

Steve Maglisceau obtained a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from Texas A&M University School of Law from 2012 to 2016, with a focus on Real Estate Law, Contracts, and Wills & Trusts. Prior to that, they earned an MBA from the University of North Texas from 2001 to 2003. Their undergraduate education was completed at Allegheny College, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology from 1983 to 1987.

In addition to their formal education, Steve Maglisceau has acquired several certifications, including "Building Resilience as a Leader" and "Confronting Bias: Thriving Across Our Differences" from LinkedIn in 2020. Steve also obtained certifications such as "Fred Kofman on Accountability" and "Building Trust" in previous years.
