Antonina Dudko

Antonina Dudko has extensive experience in engineering and strategic management, currently serving as the Technical Director and Engineering Manager for New Product Development at Megger since September 2018. In this role, Antonina leads a team focused on developing new products, ensuring compliance with company policies, and driving continuous improvement. Previous positions include Group Centre of Excellence Strategic Planning Manager and Segment Manager at Unatrac Ltd., where responsibilities involved strategic planning and managing significant budgets within the Power Systems sector. Antonina began a career at Cummins Power Generation, progressing through various roles, including Application Development Manager and Sales Application Manager. Antonina holds an Honours Bachelor degree in Electrical and Automation from Kharkiv State Technical University of Agriculture, earned between 1998 and 2004.
