Betsy Shaw is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer account management and service within the aviation industry. Currently serving as the Manager of Customer Accounts at Parker-Meggitt since November 2021, Betsy is responsible for managing the Customer Account Team and implementing training and process improvements.
