John Hayes

John Hayes is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in design and project management within the thermal management and emissions sectors. Currently serving as a Design and Project Engineer at Meggitt since November 2020, John specializes in engine systems. Prior to this role, John held positions at Cummins Emission Solutions Inc. and Cummins Inc., focusing on product support, technical screening for diesel engine exhaust after-treatment systems, and mechanical service tool design. John's career also includes consultancy for new product design at Design and Analysis, Inc. and teaching algebra as an adjunct faculty member at Ivy Tech Community College. John holds two Bachelor's Degrees in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Purdue University and Indiana University Indianapolis.
