Charlotte Foutz Rogers

Charlotte Foutz Rogers is an accomplished attorney with extensive experience in corporate law, debt collection, and bankruptcy litigation. Currently an Associate Attorney at MehaffyWeber since August 2020, Charlotte previously served as an Attorney at The Ferguson Law Firm from October 2017 to August 2020. Prior to that, Charlotte held the position of Director of Legal Affairs/In-House Counsel at Conn Credit Division from January 2008 to March 2017, where responsibilities included advising corporate officers on compliance and regulatory matters, managing litigation, and overseeing bankruptcy issues.
