Lalitha Seshadri

Lalitha Seshadri is an accomplished professional with over 30 years of experience in customer relations, sales, and marketing across various sectors. Currently serving as the General Manager of Customer Relations at Mehala Machines India Limited since December 2020, Lalitha focuses on developing a robust CRM system and engaging with customers throughout India. As the Director of LAMA India Marketing Pvt. Ltd. from July 2013 to November 2020, Lalitha founded a company specializing in FMCG products. Prior experience at Godrej Consumer Products Limited, from September 1990 to June 2012, involved leading sales and marketing efforts for over 250 products and managing various business operations. Lalitha began the career as an Executive Assistant at TITAN Watches Limited in 1987. Educational qualifications include a Post Graduate Executive Program in Business Administration from the Great Lakes Institute of Management, an MBA in Marketing from the University of Wales, and a Middle Management Programme from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad.
