Michael Fowler is a Cook at Mei Mei Restaurant Group since October 2018. Previously, Michael worked as a Substitute Teacher at Princeton Friends School and as a CSA Manager at Cherry Grove Organic Farm where Michael managed information of 300 members. Michael also has experience as a Software Developer at Leigh Fibers. Additionally, Michael worked as a Tour Guide at Emerald Cultural Institute and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy, Italian, and Mathematics from Villanova University.
Mei Mei Dumplings
Farm-Focused. Woman-Owned. In 2012, James Beard Award-winning chef Irene Li co-founded Mei Mei with her two older siblings. "Mei Mei” means little sister in Mandarin and our dumplings are an expression of the Li siblings’ favorite childhood food memories as Chinese-American kids growing up in Boston. In 2020, Irene teamed up with Babson MBA graduates, Alyssa Lee and Annie Campbell, to lead the business in its transformation into a Dumpling Factory, Cafe, and Classroom.
