Doniel Jackson M.D.

Doniel Jackson MD has extensive experience in drug safety and pharmacovigilance. Doniel is currently serving as the Vice President of Drug Safety & Pharmacovigilance at MEI Pharma since July 2022. Prior to that, they were the Executive Director of Drug Safety and Pharmacovigilance at MEI Pharma from May 2020 to July 2022. Before joining MEI Pharma, they worked at Avanir Pharmaceuticals as the Executive Director of Drug Safety & Pharmacovigilance from June 2018 to May 2020. Doniel also served as the Executive Director of Global Pharmacovigilance at Axovant Sciences from August 2017 to February 2018. Doniel has held leadership positions in various other organizations, including Fiore Healthcare Advisors, Inc., inVentiv Health Clinical, Worldwide Clinical Trials, ICON Clinical Research, and Shire Pharmaceuticals.

Doniel Jackson MD began their education in 1989 at Duke University, where they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology with a focus on Personality and Social studies. Doniel completed this program in 1993. Following this, they enrolled at Duke University School of Medicine in 1993 and earned their Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree in 1997, specializing in the field of Medicine.
