Anthony Jones

Anthony Jones has extensive work experience in the retail industry, with a focus on management and human resources. Anthony started their career at SUPERVALU as a Buyer/Merchandiser, where they excelled in negotiating and analyzing market trends. Anthony then transitioned into a role as a Supermarket Management Training Instructor, where they traveled across divisions to conduct corporate seminars and workshops. Following this, Anthony joined D&W Food Centers as the Director of Training & Development, overseeing the design and implementation of training programs. At Meijer, they served as the Director of People Development in the Information Technology Services department, before being promoted to Store Director and later Market Director. In these roles, they exhibited strong leadership and strategic planning skills, overseeing store operations, financial management, and team member development. Throughout their career, Anthony has demonstrated a commitment to driving organizational success through effective leadership and employee development.

Anthony Jones attended the University of Pittsburgh from 1981 to 1985, earning a Teaching Certification from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in Vocational Education. Anthony then went on to attend the University of Phoenix from 1999 to 2002, obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management.
