Natasha Brown

NaTasha Brown is an experienced professional specializing in diversity, inclusion, and community development. Currently serving as the Diversity and Inclusion Manager at Meijer since September 2022, NaTasha has also co-founded By Design Services LLC in February 2021. Prior experience includes the role of Cultural Competency & Inclusion Manager at Head Start for Kent County, where NaTasha pioneered programs to enhance cultural competency and inclusiveness. NaTasha's background encompasses various positions focused on housing counseling and development, including a New School Development Associate at National Heritage Academies, as well as housing counselor and coordinator roles at Community Link NC and Grand Rapids Urban League. NaTasha holds a Master's degree in Public and Nonprofit Administration from Grand Valley State University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Michigan.
