Katalin Majoros has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Katalin is currently working as the Customer Success & Experience Director at Meister since May 2023. Additionally, they have been invited to be a Customer Success Coach for the Catalyst Coaching Corner, a pro-bono coaching program, at Catalyst Software starting from March 2023. Prior to this, Katalin worked as the Head of Customer Success at Customer Alliance from October 2020 to May 2023, where they empowered and grew over 5500 customers. Katalin's previous experiences include working as the Inbound Sales & Customer Success Lead at CHEQROOM from May 2017 to January 2020, the Customer Experience Transformation Lead at Telekom HU from January 2016 to May 2017, and the Client Experience Manager at KBC Bank & Verzekering from April 2014 to January 2016. Katalin has also worked at Vodafone as the Digital Analytics & CX Measurement Lead from May 2013 to April 2014 and as the Customer Experience Design Manager from April 2012 to May 2013. Katalin began their career at IBM, where they held various roles including Worldwide Business Transformation Analyst from June 2011 to June 2012, Senior Sales Operations Specialist - Holland from June 2010 to June 2011, and Business Support Operations Specialist - Belgium & Luxembourg from June 2009 to June 2010. Katalin started their professional journey as a Sales Reservations Agent at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company from April 2008 to May 2009.

Katalin Majoros began their education in 2001 at Budapest Business School, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in International Economic Analysis. Katalin completed their studies in 2005. In 2020, Katalin enrolled in two programs simultaneously. Katalin studied Innovation and Entrepreneurship at Stanford University and completed Entrepreneurial Studies at Uprise Academy in 2021. Katalin is currently pursuing further education at Coach Training EDU, starting in 2021 and expected to finish in 2023.

Additionally, Katalin has obtained several certifications to enhance their professional skills. Katalin received the Best Practices in Planning DE&I Interventions certification from Rice University in January 2023. In December 2022, they obtained the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) certification and, prior to that in September 2022, the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) certification, both from Coach Training EDU. In May 2022, they completed the Lead F certification from Female Founders. Lastly, in October 2020, Katalin acquired the Alpha 2020 certification from Uprise Academy.
