Customer Success Manager at Meister

Max Gerweck has worked in various roles throughout their career.

Starting in 2012, they worked as a part-time cook at Joma Restaurant/Brasserie/Bar. Following that, in 2013, Max undertook a hotel management internship at Bungalows La Buena Vida. In 2014, they became the head chef at Restaurant ChiqChaq and later transitioned to a part-time cook role.

In 2015, Max joined Restaurant Zweitbester as a sous chef and worked there until 2016. Max then returned to Bungalows La Buena Vida in 2016, this time as the executive manager, responsible for day-to-day hotel operations.

From 2017 to 2018, Max worked as a sous chef at Restaurant Zuckergoscherl. Max then moved on to the Grand Hyatt Berlin, where they served as a corporate leadership trainee for food and beverage, and later as an F&B marketing executive.

In 2020, Max joined L'Osteria Österreich as a regional general manager in training. Max held this position until 2021 when they transitioned to GoStudent GmbH, where they worked as a customer success manager until 2022.

Currently, Max is employed as a customer success manager at Meister, a position they have held since 2022.

Max Gerweck attended FHWien der WKW from 2011 to 2014, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Tourismusmanagement.
