I-Ju (Ruth) Chen

I-Ju (Ruth) Chen has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. I-Ju (Ruth) is currently working as a Senior Product Manager at EveLab Insight since October 2022. Prior to this, they held the same role at AICS from September 2021 to September 2022.

Before transitioning into product management, I-Ju worked at TutorABC from October 2019 to January 2021, first as a Director and then as a Manager from July 2016 to October 2019. In between, they served as a BI Assistant Manager from January 2015 to July 2016 and as a BI Specialist from November 2013 to January 2015.

I-Ju's earlier experience includes a stint at John Deere as a Student Researcher and IT Analyst from January 2012 to September 2013. Here, they specialized in SharePoint management and competitor intelligence research.

I-Ju (Ruth) started their career at Taiwan Campus Evangelic Fellowship, where they served as a Secretary from July 2009 to August 2010. In this role, they were responsible for managing high school student ministries and handling office affairs.

Prior to that, I-Ju worked at InfoPower Corporation as a Program Executive from July 2007 to May 2009. Here, they were involved in the sale of web conference software, corporate learning content, and contributed to government tender proposals for consulting services.

I-Ju (Ruth) Chen pursued their education beginning in 2002 when they enrolled at National Taiwan University. I-Ju (Ruth) completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Library and Information Science in 2007. Subsequently, from 2011 to 2013, they attended the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and earned their Master of Science (MS) in Library and Information Science.

In addition to their formal education, I-Ju obtained several certifications. In October 2012, they received the Software Proficiencies Basic Certificate from the Margolis Market Information Lab at the University of Illinois. In January 2015, they completed a course on People Analytics from Coursera. Lastly, in September 2021, they obtained certification in The Business of Product Management I from Coursera.
