Faisal Alshaheen

Faisal Alshaheen has an extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Faisal started their career at Aldahayan Group in 2012 as a Human Resources Administrative Specialist. Later, they became a Human Resources Manager at Aldahayan Group in 2016 and served in this role until 2020. Faisal then joined Leader Investment Group (LIG) as a Human Resources Manager and worked there until 2022. In the same year, they worked as a Human Resources Manager at PrimeGate for Communications and IT. Currently, Faisal Alshaheen holds the position of Human Resources Director at Mejdaf.

Faisal Alshaheen obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences and Engineering, with a focus on Industrial & Systems Engineering, from King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals (KFUPM) between 2007 and 2013. Before attending KFUPM, they completed a Preparatory Year Program at Dammam Community College, also affiliated with KFUPM, from 2006 to 2007. In addition to their formal education, Faisal Alshaheen has obtained several certifications in various fields.
