Alicia Dáder Jiménez

Alicia D. currently serves as the Associate Director of Evaluation and Scholarship at Stanford University School of Medicine and also holds the position of Education Manager for the Year 2 Practice of Medicine course. Alicia D. has extensive experience in healthcare education, including improving clinical practicum communication for Limited English Proficiency patients and developing curricula that incorporate advanced clinical skills and generative AI. Previous roles include Health Coach and Curriculum Developer at UCSF's Center for Excellence in Primary Care and Adjunct Faculty at the University of San Francisco School of Nursing and Health Professions, where curriculum design focused on evidence-based patient engagement techniques. Alicia D. has also contributed to medical education as the Co-Director of the Healthy Minds Healthy Bodies Course at UC San Diego School of Medicine and engaged in patient experience improvements at Silver Avenue Family Health Center. Alicia D. holds advanced degrees in Behavioral Health and is currently pursuing a Master of Health Professions Education.
