Michele Mattiolo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and management within the air handling and climate control sectors. Currently serving as General and Technical Manager at Mekar since July 2018, Michele oversees P&L, safety, quality, and lean production efforts, along with engineering, product development, and compliance efforts. Prior roles include Director of the AHU Engineering Department at Daikin Applied Europe, and R&D Manager at LMF Clima, where responsibilities encompassed product development, testing, marketing, and customer support. Michele's career began at CIPA S.r.l., focusing on designing industrial plants and managing client relations. Educational qualifications include a Master’s in Project Management and a degree in Mechanical Engineering, both from Università degli Studi di Padova.
