Diana Octavia has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Diana started their career at MidPlaza Holding as a Business Analyst in 2015 and then joined Mekari in 2016 as a Marketing Officer for Sleekr. Over the years, they held multiple positions within Mekari, including Marketing Manager for Sleekr and Product Marketing for Klikpajak & Jurnal. In 2020, Diana became the Project Management Office Lead before transitioning to the Chevening Awards as a Chevening Scholar in 2020/2021. Recently, they returned to Mekari and has been taking on leadership roles, first as the Head of Customer Experience and currently as the Head of Customer Growth & Operation PMO.

Diana Octavia has a Master's degree in e-Business Management from the University of Warwick, which they obtained from 2020 to 2021. Prior to that, from 2012 to 2015, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Management at Institut Teknologi Bandung.
