Muhammad Arif Hidayat has gained work experience in various roles and companies. Muhammad Arif started their career at CCE SBM ITB as an Assistant Case Writer, where they conducted research and created a case study on digital money implementation. Muhammad Arif then moved on to 158 Store, where they served as a Business Owner and handled business systems and financial monitoring. At TADA, they worked as a Business Growth Executive, System Specialist/Client Success, and in Project Management, focusing on client engagement and technical support. Currently, at Mekari, they have held roles such as HRIS - Project Manager, Business Analyst & PMO, Lead Business Analyst (Operations & Projects), and is presently the Head of Business Analyst and Referral. In these positions, they have been involved in business reporting, project management, process improvement, and ensuring the successful implementation of HRIS values.

Muhammad Arif Hidayat completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the School of Business and Management ITB between 2012 and 2015. Muhammad Arif then pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Strategic Marketing at the same institution from 2021 to 2022.
