Refita Tiyastari

Refita Tiyastari has a diverse work experience across multiple companies and roles. Refita began their career at Balai Sidang Jakarta Convention Center as a Trainee from June 2012 to January 2013. Refita then joined MARKPLUS, INC. as a Product Commercialization Development from January 2016 to February 2018. Refita later worked at StickEarn as an Account Executive from February 2018 to August 2018. In 2018, they joined Mekari, where they held various positions including Account Manager from August 2018 to November 2019, City Launcher from November 2019 to January 2020, Lead Account Manager from January 2020 to November 2020, and most recently, Head of National Expansion (Talenta, Qontak & Jurnal) from May 2022 to present.

Refita Tiyastari earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Convention Business Management from Sekolah Tinggi Pariwisata Bandung (NHI) from 2010 to 2014. In 2015, they received a certification in MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) competence from BNSP.
