Nga Vuong

Nga Vuong is a seasoned professional in the talent acquisition and human resources fields, currently serving as a People Advisor at Mekong Capital since March 2024, following a role as Talent Acquisition Advisor under Talentnet Corporation. Previous experience includes serving as Advisor and Managing Director for the Vietnam Project at Boyd & Moore Executive Search, and as Chief People Officer at EQuest Education Group. Nga held significant positions at Argyll Scott, including General Director Vietnam and Managing Director, where the focus was on transforming recruitment perceptions. Additional roles include Director at Talentnet Corporation and Group Recruitment Director at Tập đoàn Vingroup. Starting in the industry as General Director and Founder of International Citizen Kindergarten, Nga Vuong boasts over a decade of experience in executive search and human resources, supported by an MSc in HR and Employment from the International Institute of Social Studies of Erasmus University Rotterdam.
