Molly Dlugos

Molly Dlugos currently serves as a Diversion Specialist at Mel Trotter Ministries since August 2023. Prior to this role, Molly was a Student Support Coordinator at Communities In Schools of Michigan from August 2022 to August 2023, focusing on supporting students in their educational journey. Previously, Molly worked as an Instructional Aide at West Michigan Academy of Environmental Science, providing instructional assistance in math and reading from August 2021 to June 2022. Molly's experience also includes positions as a Field Archaeologist at Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. and Environmental Consulting & Technology, Inc., as well as a Youth Development Specialist at Boys & Girls Clubs of America from 2020 to July 2021. Molly holds a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from Grand Valley State University, earned in 2019.
