Kevin Ying

Kevin Ying has over 17 years of work experience in various finance and operations roles. Kevin is currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Operations at Melaleuca: The Wellness Company since May 2020. Prior to that, they worked as the VP of Finance at the same company from January 2018 to May 2020. Before joining Melaleuca, Kevin held the position of Financial Controller - Asia at Eaton from August 2011 to December 2017. Kevin was responsible for overseeing finance operations for multiple manufacturing plants and sales offices in China and Southeast Asia, in addition to supporting strategic planning and conducting business case analysis for M&A activities. Prior to Eaton, they worked at Benteler Automotive as the Financial Controller - China from January 2005 to August 2011. In this role, they managed finance operations for multiple manufacturing plants in China, assisted in developing the China strategy, and ensured sufficient corporate financing. Kevin's earlier experience includes working as the Finance Manager at CITS American Express Air Services Co.,Ltd from June 2003 to December 2004, where they supervised daily finance operations, provided financial data for management decisions, and managed internal and external audits.

Kevin Ying obtained their Bachelor's degree in English & Business Administration from Shanghai International Studies University in 1998. From 2016 to 2018, they pursued a Global EMBA at China Europe International Business School (CEIBS). Prior to that, they attended Shanghai Foreign Language School from 1988 to 1994, although no degree or field of study information is provided for this period.
