Yoshio Kurtz is an experienced IT and digital application leader currently serving as the Director of IT/Digital Application Delivery at Melaleuca: The Wellness Company since April 2020. With a career spanning over two decades, Yoshio has held various leadership positions including Client Director at Perficient, Management Consultant at Nlb Services, and Vice President roles at NTT DATA Services and The Revere Group, focusing on digital transformations and professional services. As President and CEO of PeopleFlow, Yoshio developed a custom .NET SaaS solution for recruiting and staffing, and previously served as Chief Technology Officer at ProFlowers, where significant growth and scalability were achieved. Education includes studies at UC San Diego.
