Jonathan Sokoloff

Jonathan Sokoloff is managing partner at Leonard Green & Partners, LP. He joined the firm in 1990. Previously, Jon was a managing director in corporate finance at Drexel Burnham Lambert, which he joined in 1985.

Jon presently serves on the board of directors of Advantage Solutions, BJ's Wholesale Club, Inc., The Container Store, J. Crew Group, Inc., Jetro Cash & Carry, Inc., Jo-Ann Stores, LLC, The Pure Group, Shake Shack, Inc., Signet Jewelers Limited, Topshop/Topman Holdings, Ltd., Union Square Hospitality Group, LLC, and Whole Foods Market, Inc.

Jon serves as trustee for Williams College and the Los Angeles Museum of Art.

He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Williams College.
