Laurel Farr

Laurel Farr joined the MRA team as the Development Associate in August 2022. In her role, Laurel supports the Development Department in their efforts to advance and reach annual fundraising goals. Laurel is directly responsible for the daily operations of her department, including supporting fundraising events and outreach, gift processing and research, and assisting in data entry, administration, and reporting.

Before joining MRA, Laurel served as the Strategic Partnerships Associate at Americares, where she was responsible for daily operations and upholding data integrity for her team.

Laurel earned her Master of Arts in Conflict Transformation and Social Justice from Queen’s University Belfast and Bachelor of Arts in Holocaust and Genocide Studies from Keene State College. She has a passion for human rights advocacy and the development of sustainable initiatives that improve the economic and social well-being of local communities.
